Gymboree Sales Breakdown PDF Print
Written by Rachel Shubin

Gymboree runs several types of sales on a regular basis. Here's the list!

  • Gymbucks ~ Usually 4 times a year ~ Earn one $25 Gymbuck for every $50 you spend during the specified earnings period. Spend one $25 Gymbuck per every $50 you spend during the specified redemption period (usually a couple of weeks after earnings ends).
  • Circle of Friends ~ Usually 4 times a year ~ 30% off your entire purchase with code or coupon. They email printable coupons out and we always print links to them along with the code in the newsletter. Not combinable with other offers.
  • Rise & Shine ~ Usually 4 times a year ~ 25% off regularly priced merchandise only. They usually pass the coupons out during Gymbucks redemption and the usage date is during the first day or two of the following Gymbucks earnings period. The codes on these are single use and not combinable with other offers.
  • Red Balloon Sale ~ Usually 2 times a year in December or January and June ~ This is Gymboree's semi-annual sale where they clear out their stuff from the prior season. Usually they are in January and June. The pricing isn't particularly standardized, so sometimes the sales are great and sometimes there is just zilch. This is combinable with coupons.
  • Baby Sale ~ Usually 2 times a year in February and September ~ Baby sale price points are $10 and $20 for many items. This is a really popular sale although I usually seem to find better deals at other promotions.
  • Black Friday Sale ~ On Black Friday (that's the day after Thanksgiving, of course) ~ 30% off everything until noon, 25% after that. Can be combined with coupons. They often have specials in conjunction and I've picked up some pretty great deals that way.
  • Jingle Deals ~ Every week in December ~ Each week they pick different items to put at low price points (selected sweaters for $15, for example).  These are combinable with coupons.
  • Assorted 20% off Sale Prices sales ~ Whenever there's a minor holiday that doesn't have another promotion attached to it or they just need to move some merchandise ~ So President's Day, Labor Day, things like that. These are usually over the long weekend but occasionally extend further depending on how much Gymboree needs to sell off. The extra 20% off only applies to merchandise already on sale. This is combinable with coupons.

Let me know if I missed anything!
